Lighten your rifle trigger pull. On average, installation of this spring will reduce your factory triggers weight of pull by 1¼ to 1¾ lbs. with no other changes.  The exact amount of creep, overtravel and weight of pull are dependant upon the type and amount of tuning accomplished by your gunsmith.





   Browning has designed this trigger assembly in such a way that the entire assembly must be removed from the receiver in order to replace the weight of pull spring.  It cannot be replaced by simply removing the weight of pull screw. (The weight of pull screw location is shown by the allen wrench in the picture).  If you are not familiar with rifle triggers, and how they work, this might be a job best left to your local gunsmith.
